Previous service or that installed a gear case did not tighten the tub not down causing the tub to shake back-and-forth causing the unit to To shake and make a lot of noise damaging bearings. This also put extra stress on to motor attached to your place and the wash basket sleeve. Now that we install the new year case and secured all the components the unit is having serious vibration shaking issues and loud ratcheting noise clutch components on the motor components due to previous damage from previous servicer. Call to explain the situation to Lowe’s and they are going to replace the unit. Unit is un economical for repair

All ok unit tumbles and heats as it should. Items got into blower housing because lint screen wasn’t secured. Secured lint screen. Found noise in unit from loose tumbler. Tightened and noise is gone. Also found bulb loose in socket. Reattached and all is good. All ok. Julie had to leave during service and will drop check off to office. Informed Robin at office."

Tech had a moving blanket and sliders under the unit. The moving blanket was bunched up and tech was laying on the ground reinstalling the board and bracket. The back right corner tap the counter drawer and a small piece of the facing of the drawer chip off.

Last time advised customer to get a dehumidifier and they did. It recently failed though and the unit built up frost again due to all the moisture in the air. Customer has since replaced failed dehumidifier and frost has gone. Checked defrost circuit to verify it’s function. It’s working as it should. Frost build up was do to humid environment. All ok.

"Last time out tech did check all connections to the unit at the heater and board. Installed new board and not customer is having same issues. Spoke to warranty company and advise them of all of the work that has been done. Possible break in the wire harness. Did advise the warranty company that we can try another board, but very confident that it will frost up on the customer again."
