Proceeded to have drain, the drain pump is making all the noise and will not drain. Proceeded to drain from front access panel of unit into,bucket. Removed catch all, cleaned and checked for any obstructions to pump none. Proceeded again to fill and drain again no go. Unit needs new drain pump. Customer called HHS store for service then realized later they had purchased extended warranty through LG had paper work but did not call. I proceeded to call the number gave them all the info including customer and business numbers, all i got was a claim number #17365448. Called office talked to Robin and explained, went ahead and collected service call fee from customer, warranty is supposed to setup claim for us to do work. Will have to follow up to make sure this is all happening at this point. Told customer from now on contact warranty company first go through them.
