Customer states that the fresh food isnt sealing well. They are getting condensation build up inside. Inspected gaskets and found the right door not sealing at the bottom and the dispenser door not closing fully. After further inspection of the cabinet I found the mullion between the freezer and fresh food section bowed out. This is causing a gap and allowing air/moisture in. The dispenser door isnt closing all the way because it is interfering with the ice box. To get the doors even the dispenser door had to be raised to the max. This is why it is interfering with the ice box. With a flashlight inside the unit and doors closed you can see the light from outside on the right. No door adjustments can be made to eliminate the gap. Called Electrolux and video chat with Eric. Determined that this unit is not repairable. File/claim # 86635268. Electrolux will reach out in the next 3-5 business days.
