"Inspected the unit and found the thermal fuse had blown again and the unit was dead upon arrival. This has happened a couple other times in the past. Inspected the unit and found good airflow of the exterior and the customer changed the vent line so the unit is not overheating. Although our running test, we could not verify this. It appears the unit is intermittently not shutting the heater off and causing the thermal fuse to go out. Unit is 10+ years old and located in the laundry room.
