"Customer concern was that the unit would go into a drain mode right after a wash mode and will not spin out. I connected my newfi tool to the unit to test the lock to see if the lid lock was not acting correctly, and I noticed that the lid lock would engage, but you would have to push down on the left side of the lid to actually have the lid lock engage in lock. Upon further inspection, I found that a little piece of rubber that the customer was using to help locate specific cycles had gotten caught underneath the lid in that area and was causing a lid to be lifted up. I removed this little rubber piece close the lid and lock. It tested it on a drain and spin unit is now locking spinning and draining as it should."

Inspected the washer and found that there was a break in the line to the drain pump on the wire harness. I was able to temporarily get the two wires connected to be able to drain the water out and keep you to be able to use it until I order a new wiring harness. "Checked over and found that the icemaker was leaking, but it was leaking at the back between the liner. When the unit would fill with water part of the water will leak down through the liner and into the bottom of the refrigerator section. This is an internal leak in the cabinet and is not repairable. "Inspected the unit and ran it under a diagnostic to check the icemaker function. Icemaker harvested filled with water checked the fan fan is cooling fine. We also ran the defrost heater for the waterline to make sure that the waterline was free and clear of any blockage. I also cleared an error code for a bad thermometer on the icemaker, which Im thinking was a previous error code from the previous installation of the icemaker a week ago. CJs appliance was out here about a week ago replacing a bunch of parts on this refrigerator. I informed the customer to allow 24-48 hours after what I did today to check to see if the ice production has gotten better. If not, then we get the dispatch the icemaker that we need to order is in a note attached to this account."
