Upon arrival customer claims unit not cooling or staying cool enough. Had multiple thermometers in unit. Mostly kept in garage for drinks. Noticed drinks not getting as cool. Took temp checks around upper 30s and 40s depending on where i checked. Compressor and evap fan running. Customer had dial turned to highest setting on 7. Removed evap cover noticed frost on upper 2/3rds of evap and nothing on lower tubing. Could be partial restriction or leak. Had me take an amp draw 1.2 amps. Was able to put into manual defrost and was working ok. Drain was cleared. Unit has had a thermostat replaced about an year ago. Upon turning off and on from thermostat unit will now no longer turn off... Thermostat will need to be replaced no truck stock on this unit... told him probably leak or restriction unit is about 9yrs old. Customer is going to let manually defrost for couple of days then plug back in and let it run and see if it shuts off. No repair at this time
