Advised customer to defrost unit for at least 24 hours to allow for ice to melt. All checks ok.

"Inspected the refrigerator, customer states icemaker does not stop producing ice and found the icemaker over filling with water, causing ice crystals and ice cubes to stick together. "Checked unit over found the drain hose had come out of the standpipe. Customer had it all taped up. Drain hose is stretched to the max. I did zip tie it for her to try to hold it in place, but I explained to her if she moves it around or shifts things, it can pull it out and cause the unit to leak again."

Checked out the unit and found that there was a noise coming from the freezer section. Removed the evaporator cover and made adjustments to the fan on the inside of the freezer. Advised customer that these units after installing will make noises that will come and go. Checks ok

Checks out the unit and found lint buildup around the blower fan and it was causing a large amount of vibration when going through a cycle. Cleaned off the lent that had built up on the fan and found it small crack in the blower fan. Installed a new blower fan and a test cycle. Check OK ; used 1 DC67-00180B (BLOWER WHEEL(TS) from stock

Check out the unit and found that the wire going to the wash motor had come unplugged and was not going through a wash cycle. Plugged the unit back up and ran a test cycle. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and found the bottom drawer was not installed properly and was not closing all the way. Removed the drawer and cleaned out some broken glass in the bottom of it. Also made adjustments to the drawer to help it close properly. Checks OK

Checked out the unit and ran a test cycle and found the unit not shifting between an agitate and a spin. Replaced the actuator and ran a test cycle. Check OK; used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR(TS) from stock

"Customer stated it was leaking water from the back and leaking out to the front of the unit. The unit would run several cycles and then they would see water coming out of the front of the washer about a foot and ran a test cycle and found no leaks coming from water valves, drain line or the tub. Tightened up all of the drain lines and also the water valve. But the customer to make sure they're not overloading it which can cause splashing out of the unit. Checks OK"

Check out the unit and found the front left burner was not staying up to temp. Replaced the front left burner and ran a test cycle. Checks OK; used 1 EBF62174904 (Infinite switch(TS) from stock

"Checked out the unit and found that the unit was not draining out properly. Advised the customer to make sure they clean the main filter and to also run some cleaning tablets to the cycle due to the buildup on the inside of the unit. Also advised customer that she will always have a little bit of water sitting at the bottom of the dishwasher, that way the drain pump has something to pump out when it kicks in. Check OK"

Checked out the unit and customer stated they were having some oil drips on the front right corner of their washer. Removed the front cover and found a little bit of water around the drain pump that could've been what they were seeing. Checked out the drain lines and made sure they were not leaking. Also filled the tub up with water to make sure that the tub was not leaking. Applied to sealant around the outer of the tub to prevent any leaking in the future. All checks good

Checked out the unit and found that the relay on the inverter board was getting stuck and keeping the dryer running. Recalibrated the inverter board and ran several test cycles. Checks ok

Inspected unit and found the unit making a loud rattling noise when tumbling. Took unit apart and found the blower wheel with lint builtup unevenly. Cleaned off lint. All checks ok.

Advise the customer to do a 48 hour defrost due to the airways inside the freezer being blocked and preventing the air into the refrigerator. "Inspected unit and found the pressures very close to 0psi. When unscrewing valve, very little refrigerant was left in the system. This indicates a leak. Ordering parts. ; rqstng P&A on 1 A28751301 (Dye drier) and 1 5304526183 (Defrost timer)"

"Checked unit over found the unit would not run and had no power. Found that the capacitor wire for the control board had broken. Repaired capacitor wire and tested unit found that when the unit was into a spin cycle, it was smashing in the side of the tub.Also found it leaking water. Unit needs new suspension, inner tub and gear case assembly. Spoke with Home Buyers and they're putting the unit into options."

Customer is going to reach out to frigidaire to try and get a concession since it is so close to the Warranty.

Unit was throwing a code and would not run. Customer said they only ran it one time. I cleared out the water that was in there tested the unit adjusted spray arms and door seals could not get unit to leak. Checks OK

"Inspected the unit and found seven error codes while in diagnostics. Customers original complaint was the unit would not drain consistently. Discovered error codes listed. 1. Miscommunication on primary board for clearing drain pump algorithm. 2. Drain pump fail, 3. Miscommunication/interrupted communication on inverter board 4. Loss of pressure from sensor 5. Insufficient water flow detected 6. Door lock faulty7. RPMs on spin cycle not reached Error codes ranging from active, (which means it is currently happening on the test cycle) and date back as far as 297 days. Entered diagnostics and updated software, ran a test cycle and the unit filled with water, agitated the basket, and activated the drain pump for 2 to 5 seconds before shutting off again. Tested drain pump again and it would not activate and could not get the control board relay to activate. Advised the customer we would need to order at least the main control board and drain pump to address the immediate issues. Advised there could be other issues, but we would not know until we replaced out the main board. Estimated 1-2 weeks for parts to arrive and return for repair. Customer unhappy with constant issue with the unit and will contact us if they wish to move forward with the repair."

Inspected the unit and found a software update needed for the board. Updated and ran a test cycle on the heater and it is functioning properly. All checks ok.

"Inspected the unit and found several error codes. Error code issues listed below. 1. Miscommunication from Inverter board. 2. Door latch reoccurrence. 3. Vent dampener opening fail 4. Motor lock 5. Inverter board fault 6. Pressure sensor fault 7. Main board fault. Entered diagnostics and found the above error code. Cleared error codes and reset the unit. Ran a diagnostics test cycle in unit filled with hot and cold water, drained without any issues. While attempting to run the spin or agitate cycle, the unit would respond appropriately while in diagnostics and would show details as if it was spinning the basket, but the basket would not rotate. I was able to physically spin the basket by hand and theres no blockage. Removed the back panel and found no issues with the motor belt or gear case. Ran multiple test cycles in the unit would intermittently respond to controls and other times not. Customer had a very similar issue a couple months ago and has already had the inverter board main control board display board and door lock replaced. Recommend the customer contact GE for their factory service team to evaluate why theyre having continuous issues. Customer to contact us if they wish to move forward through repair."

Inspected the unit and found the pressure sensor hose was snagged and blocked. Unit over filled. Cleared the line and attached hose properly. Ran 3 cycles and found no other leaks or issues. All checks ok. Recommended the customer monitor the unit over the next couple cycles and install a water sensor under the unit in case it leaks again. Assisted the customer in placing a water pan under the unit.

Removed and replaced defective control board. Calibrated washing machine and ran a test cycle. Everything is working properly.
