"Customer states that under load when the unit is going from agitation to spin and makes loud, clicks and struggles to spin up to speed. Checked the control for error codes and found none present. Ran unit through diagnostic cycle with no issues. Visual inspection says no abnormal signs. Had customer run a load to test. When unit has a load, the transmission is binding up and not allowing it to shift properly causing excessive noise. The belt is showing signs of slipping as well too. "Customer states that the ice maker intermittently makes ice. It does not consistently make ice. Inspected ice maker and found it iced over. Almost like its overfilling or leaking. Thawed ice from the ice maker and ran the fill test. When unit fills it is spraying in an odd pattern and leaking past the fill funnel. It then freezes up stopping the ice maker. No broken or damaged wires. Water pressure as measured at the supply line is 45-50 psi. Water pressure is in normal range. Fill tube may be partially frozen causing odd spray. Tested fill tube heater and it is out of range. Very low resistance. Tested for voltage and Im not getting voltage. The fill tube heater is part of the door assembly. This is the second time the door has been replaced on this unit. The unit needs the door assembly, user interface, and main board. ; ordrng 1 W11566705 (Freezer door) and 1 W11566894 (User interface) and 1 W11595219 (Control), states that autho needed"

"Customer states that unit wont spin out isnt having enough water and makes a grinding noise during agitation. Check unit for error codes found, F0E3 overload, F8E1 long fill/no fill. Customer has recently replaced the water lines to address the long fill/no fill. Ran water valve test and pressure is good. Inspected unit and found oil leaking from the transmission. Transmission also has a large amount of end play. This is causing it not to sense the load properly and cause noise during agitation under load. The unit needs the transmission assembly and the agitator. "Customer states that the unit is leaking water when dispensing ice or water. The ice maker is also leaking. Inspected the unit and found water line to the dispenser split and leaking and the water line to the ice maker. The water has leaked down into the door. It has gotten into the insulation of the door. Door gaskets are torn and leaking air in contributing to water leak. The crisper drawer rail is broken and keeping the crisper from closing fully. The unit needs gaskets, waterlines, door assembly, dispenser chute gasket, left side rail, and icemaker .; rqstng P&A on 1 W10328202 (Waterline w/fitting(NLA)) and 1 W11415785 (Water line icemaker) and 1 W10300024 (Ice maker) and 1 12978022LGW (Door assembly(NLA)) and 2 W11396037 (Gasket white)s and 1 W10275942 (Water line door) and 1 W10287601 (Dispenser chute seal) and 1 W10874836 (End cap)"
