"Inspected unit and found the unit making a loud thumping noise when tumbling. Took unit apart and found back bulkhead wavy and warped. Also found a piece of rubber at the bottom of the cabinet. Checked all roller wheels as well as the idler pulley for damage, flat spots or locking and found nothing. Blower wheel fine and not filled with lint. Discussed with customer potential issues. Put unit back together and unit was no longer making noise. All checks ok."
