Inspected the unit and found the control stuck in the smart defrost cycle and not activating the compressor. Freezer and freshfood section at room temp of 68 degrees. Found the harness for the compressor not secured properly. Disconnected and resecured. Reprogrammed the board and took it off the smart defrost system and reset it to the basic eight hours. Disconnected the power and reconnected it and found the compressor activating and pulling roughly 4 Amps on startup and running at 1.67 Amps. Monitored the unit for about 10 to 15 minutes and noticed temperatures slowly dropping. Advised customer the temperature should return to normal within 24 to 48 hours and then wouldnt be until the weekend until the ice production returns normal.

"Inspected the unit and found an oversuds error code while diagnostics. Cleared error code and ran a rec calibration cycle with no issues. Ran a diagnostic cycle and the unit filled with hot and cold water, agitated, ran the drain pump, shifted and ran a high speed spin cycle with no error, codes or problems detected. Inspected the underside of the unit and found no issues. Check suspension and is functioning properly. Advise the customer they should not use more than one detergent pod and per the manufacturer is recommended to use 2 tablespoons or less of liquid detergent as an oversight. Error code can cause the unit to stop mid cycle, not complete a cycle, or not drain properly. Recommended the customer cut down on the amount of detergent and cleaning agents they are putting inside of the unit and to run the clean washer with affresh tablets in the unit roughly once a month to break down access detergent. All mechanical components are functioning properly at this time. All check OK."
