"Customer states that unit is slow to produce ice in the upper ice maker. It doesnt keep the bucket full and with their normal use it wont keep up. Ran ice maker diagnostics test and all functions operate as they should. Evaporator temp sensors reads 12 degrees, ice maker tray sensors reads 32. I had the bucket out for several minutes when taking this reading. Ice maker evaporator fan is running. Forced ice maker to cycle and it twists with no issues. Bail arm test is good. Unit filled with water. Ice maker is functioning as it should. Reached out to Electrolux, spoke with Wayne. He advised to replace the ice maker, user interface, and main board. He thinks it is an intermittent electrical issues. 86603452 file number. ; ordrng 1 243297608 (Ice maker) and 1 5304529572 (User interface) and 1 5304531885 (Main board)"

"Unit 12 years old in kitchen. Customer states that unit will not start. Voltage at the outlet is correct and it is properly grounded. Removed console to inspect. Found the primary interlock switch shorted open and wont close. Harness is also overheated and needs repaired. Repaired harness and installed new switch. Ran to test. Control still thinks the door is open. The switch housing isnt lining up properly keeping the switch from fully closing. Pulled down on door handle and unit starts and heats as it should. Turntable motor is very noisy and skips. The unit needs switch housing and turntable motor. Customer requests part number for both filters. Unit is 6 years old in the kitchen. Customer states that unit is leaking from the left side. Inspected underneath and found signs of a leak from the water supply. Supply line is a solid copper line. Unit isnt level and has a forward tilt. Door gasket and sweep look good. Ran unit to test. Leak is coming from the door sweep. Door sweep isnt torn or blocked with debris. Unit is leaking due to a forward tilt. Front legs cannot be adjusted enough to bring the unit level. Rear has rollers. Removed rollers from the rear and this brought the unit within level. Properly secured unit back into cabinet and ran to test. No more leaks and unit is operating as it should. All ok.
