"Inspected the unit and found the bearings in the back of the tub are worn out and when there is water and laundry in the unit, its causing an excessive amount of extra weight and causing the tub to spin out of balance and hitting the main support of the washer. Inspected the unit and found the unit not coming back up to proper cooling ranges. Found error code 84C which indicates a locked up compressor. Inspected the compressor and the lines and found a Freon leak in two different locations where a lot of corrosion had built up around the lines. And also found a crack in the liner where the ice buildup had damage the icebox. Called AHS and advised for a non repair. Auth #107MAPA; ordrng 1 MKV190CL2B/E01 (Compressor) and 1 DA81-06006B (Dryer filter)
