"Checked out the unit and found when starting a cycle it runs for 2 to 3 seconds, and then shuts off. Disassembled the unit and check the heater along with the control board and all fuses. Found a thermal fuse was blown and replaced. The thermal fuse and the unit still would not start. Found that the heater was shorted out and also shorted out the control board and timer due to the back feed of electricity. Advised the management company of the cost and they did not want to proceed further."
