Unit is 13 years old in kitchen. Upon arrival found unit plugged in but no operation from control. No voltage to control. Removed back cover and found L2 terminal melted from block and contacting back cover causing breaker to trip. Connections where loose which caused the block to heat up and melt. This allowed the L2 terminal to contact the back cover and short to ground tripping the breaker. Tightened all connections and temporarily secured block. Ran unit to test. All ok. F3E0; F3E4 are both open oven sensor codes. Removed back to inspect and test sensors. Both test good at room temperature. At the board and the sensor. No loose connections. Unit will need main control. Board is NLA as of 8/14. No repair possible.

Unit is 4 years old in kitchen. Upon arrival found unit would power up but not start a load. Put unit into diagnostics to test. Shows error code for communication failure. Unit isn’t sensing door closed keeping it from starting. Unplugged u/i from main control and reset. Nothing changed. Removed power to unit and reset. Unit now runs and shows no error codes. Updated software using Newfi device per bulletin suggestion for issue. Ran unit to test after update. Unit operates as it should. All ok.

Upon arrival customer stated leak came from under the center of the sump and wash motor hums. Inspected unit and found leak from wash motor pump seal and noise coming from pump. Inspected sump area for debris in pump causing noise. None found. Unit has slight water leak at supply fitting. Tightened line. Unit drains fine and pump is quiet. Unit needs wash motor and o rings. Customer does not wish to repair.

Units 2 years old in laundry room. Customer states under heavy loads unit is noisy and dry times are long. Removed vent and inspected. No blockages seen. Ran unit to test and it heats fine and gets to 160 on high. Noise is coming from roller stuck with lint. Removed lint and noise is gone. Advised customer to have vent cleaned and dry time would be shorter.
