"Found unit has a frozen drain, therefore blocking inlet for air to circulate. Unit is cooling ok just fan cannot circulate air. Unit is up on blocks and leaning forward a bit and not level. Unit barely fits under floor joists with current blocks used to raise off basement floor. Told customer we need level unit to help in proper drain flow. Steamed and removed ice, made sure drain was clear, poured cup of hot water. Installed cover and plugged back in unit, is running and cooling properly. Gave them advice on what to check for and to make sure lower vent is not blocked or frozen up. Unit checks ok."
