"Inspected the unit and found a failed magnetron and transformer and while running a test cycle notice an abnormal burning smell coming from the same area. Unit not heating. Noticed abnormal shaking and vibrating from the case. Provide information to the customer regarding the repair. This microwave is under the counter. It can be pulled out without an oven cart. Customer declined repair at this time."

"Inspected the dishwasher and found the right hand door cable broken. Replaced both door cables, and after replacing door cables found the dishwasher door on the right hand bottom corner was slightly bent inward, and every time the door was fully open the door would catch the cable on the right hand side, causing it to fray and eventually break. Slightly bent door outward to straighten. Door cable no longer hits causing isssue."

"Customer complaint having issues, fabric softener, not dispensing and loud noise in spin cycle. Inspected the washing machine and found the fabric softener dispenser completely plugged up with fabric softener. Removed fabric softener dispenser, cleaned with warm soapy water and found no abnormal noises during the spin cycle. Re-leveled washing machine ran cycle. Unit appears to be working properly."
