Installed new control board and new motor unit would not spin or agitate or advance through the cycle. The same issue we had the first time I arrived to look at the unit. The unit has two issues number one is a bad man control not allowing the unit to spin and number to a bad motor giving a 3E error code. Try to explain to the customer that if we reinstall the new control board in the unit will most likely work properly. He did not want the new control. I removed the new control board and the new motor reinstalled all control board and old motor for customer. Customer is going to call the office to talk with Chris about a refund.

Explained any that is spilled outside of certain area will need to be wiped up or it will show leaking down inner door panel. Old dispenser had plenty of rinse aid left in it. Explained not to overfill rinse aid. As for cleaning or drying purposes told customer to experiment with other cycles and functions. There is sanitize feature, they claim they use auto and extra dry. Had them resort back to user manual. Checked to make sure dispenser is working and not leaking. Unit checks ok."

"Upon arrival immediately removed hoses, noted by customer that the red water valve is in fact cold and blue is hot. However customer is aware and hoses are hooked up properly to appropriate valve. Turned water on in bucket, noticed hot water hose dispensed differently from cold. Probably some blockage, hoses have never been changed, had customer run to lowes and get new hoses. Installed to test. Set unit on Hot/Cold setting left load size she uses extra large, and regular timer settings. Unit filled with hot water, switch to cold only for a few and cold ok. Went back to Hot and unit fills with hot 95% of the time, customer watching instant hot water tank and when the light went off it took a few seconds then water would get cool, then light come back on then few seconds water would get hot again. I believe its just the nature of the instant hot, tankless system. Customer will advise and possibly call back if wanting new water valve."

"Put unit in manual time dry mode high heat. Unit is tumbling and heating ok, checked vent flow good only about 4-5ft away to exit outside. Customer claim it did throw an error code but could not replicate. Customer also has been checking vent for cleanliness. Told customer to write down error code if it happens again. Manual time dry is typically the mode customer uses. Explained differences between sense and manual dry modes and fabrics loads etc. ran sense dry as well and manual time again. No errors, unit checks ok."
