"When powering unit on and hit start you can hear the motor hum, but unit will not turn. Checked and turned the drum by hand and moves freely. Did not find any error codes via stg app. Took unit apart, belt still in tact and good condition. Idler pulley and rollers in good condition. No noticeable loose or broken wires. Checked ohm readings via stg app pins 3 to 4 should be 2.88 ohms but read out of spec pins 4-5 read good at 3.5ohms. Called techline, basically said in state 1 when powering on unit should get 120v from black to green or ground and state 2 when start should get 120v from brown to ground checked ok so board should be good. Motor part #DC31-00055H Gave estimate to think over for new motor and labor. Collected service call fee."

Unit was sweating around return line. Manufacturer has about 12 inches of insulation and tape to help control it but unit still sweating past that point. Explained to customer its just condensation and there is nothing leaking from refrigerant lines and how a sealed system works. Advised customer to get extra foam to put around the line or set drip pan underneath. Unit checks ok. Pics taken.

"Frig temps 47 freeze 21 degrees in freezer. Icemaker is making ice now. Called techline, went through some procedures and was given bulletin #w11092686d went through all steps and checks ok. Steamed out any ice/frost around frig evap and also removed freezer evap cover to remove remaining ice buildup that never got defrosted which was hitting fan blade. I believe now everything is running and cooling ok, ice cleared, fans working no noted errors. Manually checked thermistor values, bit metal and heater all checked ok. Some mold did develop in frig section behind evap cover and customer was really concerned. We cleaned up the mold the best we could. Pics attached. IF unit still has issues a master tech will be needed for further assistance."

Did ask the customer if when it stops he sees a large ball of blanket. I adv that ball is throwing off the sensor and will try several times to correct itself. Adv that sometimes the customer may have to redistribute the clothes.
