Found supply valve for cold shut and filter screen clogged on hot side. Turned valve on and cleaned screens. Ran unit in diagnostics again and have good flow. Lid lock works fine and all buttons function. Over suds condition was from too much detergent. Leveled unit and calibrated. Ran auto test and all ok. No more codes and unit will complete cycle. 6 years old in laundry room."

"Customer has all food in spare frig. Pulled out shelving in fresh food section. Removed evap cover, has damage will need new part. Used steamer to clear frozen drain hole, checked and used steam in drain tubes removed from rear make sure everything was clear. Unit is defrosting properly just drain frozen over, unit not dirty and not very old. Inspected dont find anything obviously wrong with drain whole, everything,in alignment unless issue with insulation. Also removed bottom freezer door, removed any frost build up top. Removed and replaced door seal. Removed and inspected evap,cover in freezer. Everything checked ok. Assume just warm air getting in unit from seal or door or insulation problem. "Upon arrival, unplugged unit then tried to put into a drain and spin. Unit leds lights are functioning, hit start, nothing, not even lid lock. Suspect lid lock, unit still has some water in tub. Talked with Harry Mccain acting provider for tennant of apartment. First noticed transmission oil leaking from motor cover. Removed motor cover and took more pics. Pulled tech sheet, put unit into,diagnostics, pulled led error codes and converted them 6, 23, 26,27,28. Lid lock failure, and out of balance error etc. talked over with Harry and Krista over the phone, explained the details will order lid lock and harness.; ordrng 1 WH01X27954 (lid lock quick relea) and 1 WH19X24141 (lid lock harness)"
