"Upon arrival found lever up on icemaker, flipped down. Felt with fingers there was ice in tray but nothing harvested. Removed cover checked for 120v from L to N and held door switch in read 120V. Jumper the T and H and watched unit cycle and fill. But once you cycle there is a time period according to techline before the board resets and you can do this again. I believe the unit is ok, just bail arm was up. Told customer to monitor and let us know. Unit is in a tight spot, plugged in an extension cord with no ground adapter. Customer power is old round fuses for breaker box not labeled. Unit is in a tight spot and difficult to remove and or even get behind."

Checked unit over found that the fill line for the icemaker was frozen inside the fill tube which would cause the unit to leak water every time it filled. Customer stated that the fill tube was completely pulled out of the refrigerator and her son put it back in. Showed customer frozen fill tube and that the fill line wasn’t connected to the rest of the tub which would also cause leaking. No leaks on the water valve itself or any other water lines. Customer thinks technician pulled water line for icemaker out when he replaced the fill valve which is not possible because line is completely tapped up to back wall. Tested icemaker after repairing the waterline and it didn’t leak.

Tech put floor protection down and when he pulled the unit the gas line was off the shut off valve. tech spent close to 15 minutes trying to put the gas line onto the male end of the nipple. With no success due to either the nipple is stripped or the gas line is stripped or wrong size nipple. Customer is going to call plumber back out or vendor. Once the customer has the unit all hooked up she will call us to check for the leak. ; schdld next appmnt for 9/13 FRI !

"F4E3, F7E1, codes present. F4E3 is a wash motor error, and F7E1 is a heater error. Wash motor operates fine in all cycles and test mode. Found heater getting voltage and within resistance. Customer states that unit doesn’t seem to fill with as much water as normal. Fill valve screens are clear, pressure is good, float is free and clear. Could not duplicate concern of no fill/low fill. Unit needs cleaned out. Sump and screens are clogged. Cleared sump and screens as best as I can. Advised customer to use vinegar to clean machine and run."

"Upon arrival checked unit receptacle for proper voltage and polarity, ok. Customer was getting an F6E3 and F6E2 error codes which stands for fault between ui and acu. Removed console interface, checked for any loose wires, none. Checked all interface buttons seem ok. Put unit into a quick wash using warm water, unit started right up let run for about 10 mins ok. Canceled out unit. Checked underneath all looks good. Put unit into a spin only mode unit spun without issue. Put unit back into a quick wash with mixed settings and warm water. Unit filled, agitated and drain without issue. Customer claims this unit is only 2 yrs old... was a direct replacement for another servicer had been out on and lowes decided to replace the unit do to high cost of repair. Unable to duplicate the issue so far. Will have customer continue to use, if it acts up will look to order User interface"

Removed parts ohmed out motor around 85 ohms. Had customer hold bucket switch and ice paddle dispenser while i held door switch and measured voltage at wiring harness to try and get 120v checked it three different times different ways and could not get a reading. Looking to order new auger motor and possible control.
