Remove the bottom cover inside the refrigerator and made sure the drain line was cleared out. Inspected the unit and found the motor making a slight noise. Unit was not throwing any error codes associated with the motor. Nor has anything else been tripped. Ran a test cycle. Everything is functioning as it should from factory. Advised the customer to get a product called Affresh and used two tablets back to back in order to clear debris from the pump that may be causing a disturbance.

"Inspected the unit and found that the internal cavity along with the drum was completely soaked with what looked like condensation. Soaking the motor and electronic parts, not allowing communication between them and so shutting off the unit every time its toggled on. Noticed that there was no flap closure on the exterior vent, causing warm air to flood from the exterior down into the cool basement into the unit, causing condensation. Contacted warranty about the issue. Warranty is stating that the ventilation be replaced and that the exterior vent cap be replaced so that it will shut and not allow warm air to enter the cavity of the unit. Also, unit will need a time to dry out, so that communication can be regained between the electronics"

"Checked out the unit and the customer stated that the freezer was not getting as cold as they thought it would, and that the icemaker was leaking water. Checked out the freezer section and the temperatures were in the correct ranges and found that the icemaker had some ice buildup on the back wall of the icemaker. Removed the icemaker and steamed out the ice spilled up. Advised the customer to give it 48 hours for it to start making good ice production. Checks OK"
