"Upon removing unit, found more visible signs of water leakage from unit in both the kick plate material, electrical hookup, etc. connected unit, ran to watch leak, checked nut to the float switch mechanism. It appears the unit is leaking from a seam and running along the side of the tub and onto the electrical box. Pics attached. Called Lowes extended talked to agent Tina, then transferred me to repairs? Talked with Michael, explained the situation in detail, unit is getting replaced, Lowes had already contacted customer while there. Returning un-opened parts."
