"Customer states that they are having issues with the display and the door does not want to open. Upon arrival the display was blank but with the unit had interior lights. Found that the clock was not set. Set the time on the clock and the display is bright. Checked function of all buttons and they're working as they should. Ran into the test and it is heating as it should. The door will not pop open due to the way the unit is installed. It is a countertop unit that the customer has mounted underneath, the cupboard above the counter. The cabinet is warped, causing the door to bind up. No repair possible. Unable to duplicate concern of issues with Display."

"Customer states this is a recent warranty replacement unit. Since it was delivered it has not made or dispensed ice. Also, the interior lights of the freezer section will not work. Inspected unit and found the control not sensing the freezer door shut. This is stopping ice production and light operation. Removed upper hinge, cover and found a loose connection to the magnetic read switch. Secured connection and interior lights began to operate as they should. Icemaker also began to cycle. Customer states that unit was making a loud hammering sound from the freezer section. They lost cooling shortly after the noise began. They unplugged the unit and left it unplugged. Inspected condenser fan and compressor. No signs of damage to either. Plugged unit in and found noise coming from the evaporator fan. Removed cover and found fan housing out of position causing fan to rub the back. Repositioned the fan assembly and ran to test. No more abnormal noises. Allowed the unit to run to the check frost pattern. Unit is developing a good frost pattern. Advised customer to allow unit to cool for 48 hours before loading up with food.
