"Checked unit and found it throwing e01 code with or without a load. Unit is clean, has good air flow, short exhaust vent, relay is shutting down as it should. Exhaust NTC reads within spec. Lint screen is fine and has build up of softener on screen. Ran unit with damp load and no lint screen to test. Unit ran fine and did not throw e01 code. Unit needs lint screen. Part is NLA as of 10/17. Advised customer to clean lint screen use unit as normal."
