"Installed new lock assy per techline. Installed new lock and noticed that the door was extremely hard to open. Unit still not starting, tech did check wire connection at the main board and the wire to the door switches was connected to the main board. Techline advised last time out if this does not work replace the main board. Customer has not used the unit at all. He is calling vender for an exchange."

Washer was going through a rinse cycle when I got to the house it went into a spin just fine informed customer to keep an eye on what cycles causes it to go off balance what kind of load it is if issue comes back to have it set up to where when I come back out we can get it to make the noise but as of this time washer seems to be working fine

Ran water through a rinse and spin put in several large towels everything seems to be spinning at this time found out some of the vibration and noise is coming from the floor that the washer is sitting on informed customer to try to level up the floor and try to sturdy up the floor to make it a little less bouncy and that should help out with a lot of the noise and off-balance issues
