He was aware and was ok. Tech did take the Schraider valve off and have very little pressure in the unit.. Due to being an LG built unit tech will call HBW to advise .Spoke to HBW Caitlin is going to dispatch about another company .

Checked unit over and found no error codes. Ran auto diagnostics and ran fine with no issues. Ran unit on normal cycle and it would fill but would not proceed on with cycle. Have to reset unit to get it to advance. Unit has issue with main control. Replaced and ran to test. All ok.

"Customer states that another service company was out and tap the display assy and when customer got into the freezer the following day the unit was completely dead. Customer had shut off the breaker trying to reset the unit but did not work.also the display paddle assy was not working and no cool. Customer needs both boards, ice maker and ice chute. ; ordrng 1 ICE MAKER and 1 ICE CHUTE PADDLE ASSY and 1 DISPENSER BOARD ASSY. and 1 DA41-00684P (BOARD) and 1 DA41-100614B (INVERTER BOARD.)"
