Found water below the deli drawer. Removed shelves and refrigerator back wall and noticed that the defrost drain line was frozen up.Customer did have the save issue last November. Thawed out the drain line and per Samsung run a trombone flex cleaner thru the unit. Ran flex cleaner and removed the back wall of the unit and did not see the other end of tmhe pipe cleaner. Unit has to have a crack in the drain line cause air to get in and freeze the water draining. I advised vendor of the situations and email them pictures. Adv the that the unit is not repairable. Customers unit would not ignite and main board was out. Had to remove the entire front display and remove the gas igniters and burners. Removed the complete top assy. Installed new cabinet fuse and installed new clock assy. Reinstall the unit parts .... cycled. Two person job.

"Manually spun tub could hear balance beads ok. Ran unit in a rinse and spin mode, didnt hear anything abnormal. Had Mary the person whom does laundry, put in 4 uniform coats to check. Unit now made a clanging metal noise. Removed bottom cover, found the original shipping bracket still sitting in place minus the bolts. That was causing the noise issue. Checked over physically, all shocks in place nothing appeared broken. Unit checks ok. Went to corporate office in town, per customer they want us to send invoice to Weaver Brothers inc895 E.
