Inspected unit and found the unit cooling but the ice maker not working at all. Ice maker starting to freeze up and catching the ice cubes and getting them stuck. Attempted to reset the ice maker and found the ejector fingers stuck out of home position. Motor would slightly hum but ejector fingers did not move at all. Informed customer the only fix we have seen for the ice maker freezing up is to replace the ice maker. Ordering part. ; ordrng 1 DA97-15217D (Ice maker)
