Kellen was very nice… he had called me ahead of time and showed up within a minute or two of what he said his approximate arrival time would be, which was very nice and helpful. He reset the lid switch, but later on that evening the Speed Queen washer began beeping as it had in the past. No lights flash during the beeps. I eventually had to unplug the washer again to silence the annoyance.
