Inspected the unit and found that the washer was severely off level. Leveled all 4 feet. Recalibrated the control. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a kinked drain line. Customer will need to have the drain line replaced. Unit checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that the icemaker was receiving no power from the control. Which is the original issue from first date of purchase. Control user interface and icemaker have all been replaced. Customer is having a wire issue within the cabinet walls and is unrepairable. Warranty company is reaching out the customer within 3 to 5 business days for an alternative solution.

Inspected the unit and found a failed thermal fuse. Replaced fuse with truck stock. Ran a test cycle. All checks OK ; used 1 D518649 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock
