"Inspected the unit and found the door knob closing. Remove the display interface and adjusted the open door switch. And found both door latches closed with door open, opened the door latch and it blew the breaker. Turned the breaker back on and the unit was dead. Found no blown fuses, but found the control board was completely dead and not responding. Unit will need a display board, control, board, and possible door switches. Gave customer estimate, and they did not want to do the repair."

Installed part. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found that the pressure sensor hose had popped off the side of the drum. Reinstalled pressure sensor hose. All checks OK

"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of ice around the cooling fan keeping air from circulating within the unit. Also, upon further inspection I found a clogged drain line. Removed from the lower half of the freezer. Removed all shelving. Removed evaporator cover. Removed all ice with steamer. Dislodged the cooling fan. Moved unit out. Cleared drain line. Ran a heat tap from the heater down the drain hole. Reassembled. All checks OK"

"Inspected the unit and found a large amount of items pushed up against the back wall, seemingly causing blockage to the vents, making ice form in unwanted areas behind the evaporator cover. Advised to start by putting the unit through a 48 hour defrost. And to make room along the back wall afterward to remedy the issue."
