Was here less than 5 minutes and just changed the vent cover to one without rubber since the rubber was melted. I asked about why it was eating my clothes since he seemed to just have the intentions of changing the went. He couldn’t tell me why the dryer was ruining my clothes and was not worried about the black spots. Didn’t seem to do a thorough inspection just used the drill light to shine around it and that was it. When asked about it like melting my dryer sheets his solutions was to just run my dryer on low heat instead of medium and from less dry to near dry.

Kellen was very prompt, courteous and professional. He arrived exactly as scheduled and called me at least 30 minutes before his arrival. While here he performed a complete inspection of my stove to determine the problem and gave me the details and steps forward. I’m absolutely pleased with his service and would highly recommend him to anyone. I will most definitely use his service again next time it’s needed.
