Inspected the unit and found that the plug was not knocked out of the new garbage disposal. Not allowing the unit to drain. Knocked plug out of garbage disposal ran a test cycle. All checks OK

Inspected the unit and found a failed communication between the control and drive motor. Ordering parts. ; ordrng 1 W11428524 (Run capacitor.) and 1 W11497303 (Drive motor) and 1 W11611297 (Belt) and 1 W11611306 (Control)

Inspected the unit and found that the control needed a reset. And that there was some ice in the lines. Advised that the customer put the unit through a 48 hour defrost. Reset control.

Installed parts listed, all checked good

"Inspected the unit within, and found nothing out of the ordinary. Everything mechanical outside of the baskets was functional and in good order. Explained to the customer that there could be a weld breaking on the spin basket. Customer declined that repair."
