Inspected the unit and found damage to the exterior to right burner knobs. Removed knobs and found no damage to infinite switch or gaskets. Photos taken. Powered the unit on and all burners and oven worked properly. Provided info and photos to LG and damaged was determined to be caused by external sources. Cosmetic damages not covered under warranty.
