I felt ripped off. You all knew there was little likelihood of repairing an E3 alert and I paid $100 for nothing. Threw the machine away and lost money. Distressing. I loved that little machine.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to leave us your thoughts. We do regret that you are unhappy with our service. Unfortunately, with older machines we are not always able to purchase replacement parts which is the case with the control board that is necessary to repair your washer. It is no longer being made by the manufacturer of the washer. We of course hope to be able to repair every appliance that we diagnose and we regret that we were not able to repair yours.
