"Inspected the unit and then ice buildup in icemaker section and ice behind the cooling tower. Provided information to the customer regarding the cooling and insulation of the unit and used food grade sealant to seal the ice box. Recommend customer defrost unit."

"Inspected unit and found coins on the wash plate. Removed coins. Ran multiple test cycles. I could hear a grinding noise under the basket. Manually spinning the basket. I can tell there is some debris or an article of clothing between the basket and the tub. Attempted to remove the wash plate, but it was seized to the gear case and I could not remove it. Inspected the underside and found no issues with the rotor and stator. Provided diagnostic to Whirlpool, and they advised debris/blockage between basket and tub are not covered under the warranty. Warranty company advised they would contact the customer."

Inspected the unit and found a failed control board. Provided an estimate and the customer declined repair.
