Appliance Service Technician

Appliance Service Technician

In-home appliance service specialists are responsible for the repair of major home appliances including washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and most other major home appliances. This position provides timely, quality repairs while maintaining high levels of customer service. Seven to ten service calls are dispatched each day using technology, so you are not reporting to our main office each morning.

We are seeking candidates living in any of the counties we service: Butler, Champaign, Clark, Greene, Darke, Logan, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby, and Warren.

Normal Day-to-Day Duties
✓Diagnose and repair major home appliances in customers' homes
✓Complete 7 to 10 service calls per day using dispatch technology
✓Maintain high customer service standards on every visit
✓Stock and manage parts inventory on your assigned truck
✓Document job details accurately using a company-provided tablet
Required Qualifications
✓Exceptional driving record
✓Internet and computer skills
✓18 or older
✓Technical aptitude or a strong desire to learn
✓Your own general hand tools
✓Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and maneuver up to 250 lbs occasionally
✓Ability to obtain CFC Certification (Refrigerant Recovery License)
