Checked unit over found out the upper right hand side track/rack was broken. It was completely snapped off the back. I do have pictures attached. Made adjustments to the door and made sure door was closing properly. Spoke with American shield about replacing the rack and track assembly they will not replace shelving parts or track parts and due to this being snapped off. It is not something that is normal wear and tear.
