Inspected the unit and found it leaking at the tub and wash motor assembly. While running a test cycle found low water pressure from the wash motor. Also found leaking at the float switch and door again. Called AHS and advised of the issues. Unit sent to replacement options. Auth#100DMLI

"Inspected the unit and found the top oven not producing any heat, but the bottom oven working as normal. Customer said they ran a self clean and it flashed and then nothing worked heat wise in to top oven. Unit had a couple unknown error codes and possibly a software issue. Informed the Customer and they were going to contact LG for further information"
