Checked unit over found the unit was not filling with the proper amount of water and the water valve was constantly leaking and filling up the tub. Found that the water valve had an excessive amount of hard water buildup in this was causing the unit to leak. The hard water buildup is due to not having a water softener. Replaced the water valve. Unit is filling with water but at a very slow rate. Water pressure to wash machine is extremely low and this is causing not to fill with as much water. Water pressure to wash machine needs to be increased in order for it to function properly.; ordrng 1 W11210459(ts) (Water valve)

"Inspected unit and found unit would get stuck in a continuous spin. Per whirlpool, this is taken care of by replacing control. Control has already been replaced.
