Also found that the vent on the back was not attached properly causing a blockage. Checked unit unit over found the wire harness was damaged. Repaired wire harness. Tested and we were not getting 120 V to the dishwasher we were only getting 60 V. Called informed AmericanHome shield. They need to send an electrician to check on the supply to the dishwasher.
