Inspected the unit and found no high loop installed in the drain line going to the garbage disposal which can result in backflow to the dishwasher. Unit had displayed an error code of FTD which is failure to drain on the customer multiple times. Ran a test cycle and found the drain pump running great and the filter is clean. All other checks OK
