Inspected unit and found door to unit was not shut all the way on the left hand side causing frost and ice build up in the unit. Found a bag of cheese behind the lower bin causing the unit to either not shut or shut then pop back open. Removed obstruction and door shut properly. Cleaned ice and frost up from the freezer. All checks ok.

"Customer states the unit is building up condensation between the panels of glass in the door. Inspected the unit and found that the door was not manufactured correctly from the factory. The seal between the two panes of glass is broken, allowing the moisture in. The unit will need the door assembly and door gasket. No signs of misuse or abuse.; ordrng 1 5304479830 (Door) and 1 5304479808 (Gasket) and 2 5304479811 (Screw handle)s and 1 5304479812 (Handle)"
