When they removed the load they had found two of the baffles inside the drum had broken free. No signs of misuse or abuse. The unit will not dry properly if the clothes are not tumbling because of missing baffles. Replaced all three baffles, cleared unit of lint, and verified correct operation. All OK. Unit functions as it should."

Inspected underneath and found the drive pulley cover loose. It is missing a screw. The drive pulley is rubbing on the cover, causing the noise. Removed cover to inspecting and found no damage to the pulley. Secured belt cover to the transmission assembly and ran diagnostic cycle. Unit is operating as it should. All OK."

Checked unit over found the oven was not heating up and multiple burners were not heating up. Disassembled and found that the wire harness to the bake element and the thermostat were burnt up repaired wire harnesses. Found that multiple burners were sparking. Fixed connection on burners. Tested unit unit checked OK

Checked unit over the unit was full of water and would not run through a cycle. Put unit in a diagnostics and the unit would not drain or spin. Disassembled and found that the wire harness for the motor sensor had come loose reattached wire harness. Also adjusted lid. Ran unit through diagnostics and I was able to get the unit to drain and spin properly. Ran unit through a reprogramming and tested all functions. Check OK

"Customer states that the unit is tumbling, regardless of power button or start button being pressed. Motor starts as soon as the door switch is closed. It is also showing a 3C error code when this happens. Ran units to test motor tumbles, but wont shut off. After several start/stop cycles of the motor it started to function normally. Advised the customer that the control board has a relay for the drive sticking. Unit is currently operating as it should. Advised customer that if the problem occurs, the unit will need the main control board."
