"Customer states that the unit is moving/shaking in spin. Checked suspension and found it worn. Drive hub is also worn. The inner basket has play against the drive shaft. This is causing excessive movement/shaking. Checked control for error codes and found F0E5 off balance, and F8E1 long/no fill. Off balance is due to worn suspension and hub. Removed the agitator to inspect and found the driver hub loose from the inner basket and not the drive shaft. The screw heads are rusted and cannot tighten up. Inspected underneath and found the transmission leaking oil from the seal. Oil has gotten into the belt and rive pulley causing it to slip. The unit needs the suspension, drive hub, inner basket, and transmission. Due to cost the customer does not wish to repair."

The valve is in good shape. The self clean feature is not a high temperature clean. Customer is expecting the unit to get to 600+ degrees in self clean. This is a steam self clean unit. Unit requires water added to the base and does not get above 200 degrees. Advised customer on self clean operations. The convection fan isnt running. Is is tight but not locked up.
