The windings test good and not shorted. The compressor is locking up and tripping the thermal overload. Inspected unit and found the filters out of the dishwasher. Customer was concerned about the water left in the bottom and could not get filters back into place. Put filters back in and explained a small bit of water left in the bottom is normal. Started a cycle and made sure unit was working properly. All checks ok.
