Voltage to the compressor is correct. The run capacitor is good at 12 micro farads. When the thermal overload trips the compressor is drawing 6 amps and only drops to 5.7. The windings test good and not shorted. The compressor is locking up and tripping the thermal overload. "Inspected the unit and found the tub freely spinning with little to no resistance. Ran a test cycle and could hear the control board making a loud clicking noise as if its attempting to activate the motor, the motor would not spin. Activated a drain and spin cycle but could not get the drain pump to activate either.Pulled the unit forward inspected the rear of the unit and found the shipping bracket still installed on the unit. For the installation instructions the shipping brackets along with the bolts have to be removed for the unit to properly run felt extra strain on the unit. Sent the photos to the customer advised them the shipping brackets are still in the unit and that GE warranty would not cover any repairs due to it not being properly installed. Advised the customer they will need to contact retailer regarding the issues."
