Pulled the unit from the wall and found damage to multiple points of the wall oven along with missing screws. I showed this to the customer advised them this has been damaged or repaired previously. Took pictures of damage and issues. Installed new fan and ran a test cycle and no abnormal sounds prior to reinstalling the unit into the wall. Installed the unit back into the wall and could now hear a loud noise coming from the fan again. Sound due to the damage to the exterior cabinet panels on the unit. Damage to the unit not to be covered by manufacturer as it is not normal wear and tear nor is it manufacturer defect. Sent photos to customer.

Customer states that unit stopped heating. Now it wont tumble unless the push to start button is held in. Voltage of the unit is correct. Removed drum and found heater wire to the right side of the heater shorted open. This is why its not heating. It shows signs of striking the cabinet and possibly shorting. Repair wiring. Unit is heating but motor will not stay running after start button is released. The run windings are shorted open. Unit needs dryer motor and blower wheel. ; ordrng 1 WE17X24535 (Motor assembly)

"Customer states that unit isnt draining. The units drain pump is getting voltage but will not run. Removed unit from countertop and removed drain pump to inspect. Nothing blocking the drain pump or the hose. Installed new drain pump and ran a test. Unit is draining as it should. Customer states that unit sounds Iike a jet engine speeding up at times. No cooling issues. Just noise. Forced all fans on in test mode and they are operating quietly. The ice maker is quiet as well.
