Checked unit over found that the unit was giving an error code for leaking. Customer's sink is completely backed up. Feeding into the dishwasher and leaking onto the floor. Also throwing the error code. Made adjustments to drain loop. Instructed customer they would need to get a plumber out to get the unit fixed. I did call American home shield and give them this information.

Checked unit over found the unit had a massive amount of ice buildup in the freezer section and was leaking water into the refrigerator. Removed everything from freezer and disassembled. Cleared out freezer drain and installed heater wire. Reassemble the unit. Unit checks OK
