"Customer states that since the previous repair the unit makes an intermittent thumping sound. Customer also stated the unit isnt making ice. Inspected the unit and found the ice maker bail arm in the off position. Turned ice maker on and it harvested ice, and filled with fresh water. No abnormal noises. The evaporator fan is running quietly. Compressor and condenser fan are running quietly. Found water lines not secured to the back of the fridge. They may be slapping the back when the ice maker calls for water. Secured water lines. Unplugged unit and allowed it to rest for 5 minutes. Plugged back in and compressor and all fans came on with no abnormal noises. Reinstalled unit into cabinet. No abnormal noises. Unable to duplicate concern of noise. Advised customer to record a video if the noise reoccurs."

Removed freezer evaporator and found a weak frost pattern on the evaporator. When compressor kicked on it was very loud in start up. Compressor is drawing 1.09 amps and 68 watts. Per specifications this is out of range. The compressor isnt running efficiently to keep the freezer cooling properly. The ice maker is in need of the update. The unit needs compressor, drier, and ice maker update. Customer is submitting quote to their warranty company. They will call in if they wish to proceed."

"Customer states that unit isnt spinning out clothes and shows error. Control has F7E1, F7E7, F0E5, and F0E3. First two are tachometer errors, second two are overload/off-balance. Ran diagnostics cycle and when unit should be spinning just the agitator is moving. The actuator is shorted and not shifting into spin. Replaced actuator, calibrated control, and ran to test. Unit is operating as it should. All ok. ; used 1 W10006355 (Actuator) from stock"
