"Inspected unit and found unit had code for long drain. Put unit into a diagnostic mode. Ran an automatic cycle on it and unit would not drain at all. When I went to the manual test, unit did drain, but then stopped abruptly. When all water was drained out of unit, i spun the unit. Unit made loud noise when spinning. Customer also concerned with large amount of grease underneath washer. Gave customer quote for gearcase. Customer declined repair."
