The suspension is tight and rebounds to normal level. Spoke with customer and after discussion we believe it was just due to a large load. "Customer states that unit is going out of balance and will not spin. Checked for error codes and found Ub. This is an unbalanced error. This will prevent the machine from spinning. Checked the rebound of the suspension and it is worn. This is allowing the basket to move more than it should. Unit is getting to full speed but is extremely noisy. The bearings have signs of wear causing noise and additional resistance in the motor. This is also contributing to the out of balance issues. The unit needs the suspension set, transmission assembly, and wash plate. Wash plate does not want to remove easily from the transmission. Inspected the unit and found the top rack had damage to a clips and the lower rack had rust starting to form. Photos taken. Racks are only covered under the 30 day cosmetic warranty. Recommended the customer speak with LG customer service about getting new racks sent to them.

Inspected the unit and found the refrigerator door partially warped not allowing the door gasket to seal it properly. Also found the inner liner between the fresh food section and freezer section starting to warp at the edges and buildup condensation. Door is NLA. Unit appears to be 20+ years old. Called AHS and advised of the issues and part NLA. Unit sent to replacement options Auth#107RLWL

"Customer states that unit isnt spinning out the clothes. The main control has an error code of F7 E. seven unable to reach speed. Forced unit into spin and it is getting to its full speed. Upon further inspection, there are signs of the unit being overloaded. This will prevent it from spinning to full speed. Advised customer on load size and cycle selection to improve performance. Unit has a slight tilts towards the rear. Advised customer to shim the rear of the washer to bring it better into level. Unit is currently functioning as it should. All OK"
