When selecting low temps the unit would not allow the dryness level to increase above normal. Per the customer the clothes are not drying completely on these cycles. Advised this is how the manufacturers have designed the unit and recommended the customer increasing the temps of the cycles to allow for better drying cycle. Found no other defects or issues.

Unit is 11 years old in kitchen. Customer states that unit will not get to temperature. It heats to about 250 and wont go higher. Voltage to the unit is correct at 243vac. Line 2 of the power cord has signs of overheating. This is not the cause of our no heat issue but needs addressed. Upon further inspection I found the bake relay not closing to send voltage. The bake/broil elements and sensors all test good. Unit needs power cord and relay board. Installed both and ran to test. Unit is operating as it should. It got to 350 in 13 minutes. All ok. ; used 1 RC3-50-4 (3 prong cord) from stock

Installed new actuator and all checked good
