Inspected inner basket and found some play between the drive hub and drive shaft. This will cause out of balance issues. Installed new drive hub but play is still there. Inspected inner basket and found the splines of the basket worn. This is causing the unit to go out of balance. When unit went out of balance it cracked the outer tub and tub cover. Unit needs inner basket, outer tub, and tub cover. "Unit is 9 years old in the laundry room. Customer states that unit is squeaking/vibrating. Ran to verify noise and unit sounds like the blower wheel is loose. Removed drum to inspect rollers, and idler. Found the blower wheel cracked and spinning free of the drive motor. This is causing the noise/vibration. Rollers and idlers are in good shape. As is belt. Unit needs blower housing w/wheel and the drive motor. Blower wheel will not come free of the motor. ; ordrng 1 137551110 (Blower housing w/wheel) and 1 5304529782 (Motor)"

"Customer states that unit wont finish a cycle and shows errors. Checked control and found F7E4 basket re-engagement failure and, F6E3 communication errors. Ran unit in high spin but it would not spin up. Inspected motor/transmission and found the slider ring separated from the plastic causing it not to shift properly. This will prevent the unit from spinning properly. Also found damage to the magnetic shifter as well. Replaced shifter and slider. Calibrated control and ran to test. Unit is shifting properly. The basket has several rust spots. No signs of abuse or misuse. Balance ring is still intact. Wash basket has a 10 year warranty. ; ordrng 1 W11178227 (Basket) and 1 W10902814 (Wash plate), used 1 W10734521 (Slider), and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) from stock"

Unit is 3 years old in laundry room. Customer states that with the power off when you shut the door the unit tumbles and doesnt heat. When set to timed dry cycle to test the unit does not heat. Voltage at the terminal block is correct. The heater and all sensors test good. No signs of broken or shorted wires. The main pcb is shorted causing no heat and unintentional running. Unit is 20 years old in laundry room. Customer states that unit wont heat and half the selector doesnt work. User interface knob is shorted causing no operation of automatic settings. Timed dry half works. The unit has a weak igniter and one open coil. Replaced both and ran to test. Unit is heating and maintaining temperature.
