Small amount of water can slow ice production. Adjusted water level and cycled to test. Icemaker is functioning as it should. All temperature sensors test good. Advised customer that this unit will take up to 48 hours to completely fill the bucket. 3 to 4 ice trays in 24 hours is normal production. All ok. If problem reoccurs it would be best to replace the icemaker.

"Customer states that the unit has hi temp warning for the freezer, ice maker isnt making ice, ice build up around the ice box, and the display glitches when the LH door is opened. Inspected unit and found the harness for the display shorting in the door. Cannot access harness to repair wire. This is causing the display to glitch/short. The ice box fan is not running. This is why it wont produce ice. Ice build up around the ice box is from a clogged defrost drain. Melt water from ice maker is backing up in the ice box and leaking out. It then freezes around the ice box. Checked all temperature sensors and they are good. The freezer is set to 0 but actual temp is 30. Evaporator fan is running. The control is shorting out causing unit to read hi temp. The unit needs the LH door, display, main pcb, and ice box gasket.; ordrng 1 5304531705 (LH door) and 1 5304528575 (Display) and 1 5304519196 (Panel) and 1 242119403 (Ice box fan) and 1 5303918784 (Air handler) and 1 5304531885 (PCB)"

Plugged newfi into unit and found a fault code for a failed drain algorithm. Attempted to run a test on the pressure sensor and found it was not reading anything. Looked at control board and pressure tube kinked up and not allowing the pressure sensor to read properly. Unkinked tube and ran pressure test as well as tested on the lid lock. Every test passed. "Unit leaking oil and would not run through a cycle. Outer tub is cracked in allowing water to leak. Unit needs outer tub, transmission, actuator and agitator. Unit also needs main control board. Unit is about four years old located in the basement. Need additional labor; rqstng P&A on 1 W10913953 (Actuator) and 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W11219115 (Outer tub) and 1 W11654022 (Control) and 1 W11454734 (Gearcase)"

"Checked unit over, found that the unit was making a little bit of noise upon start up. Checked unit and found that it was the motor making noise. Spoke with Assurant and since everything is still functioning properly they will not replace the motor for just noise related issues. Did inform customer of their response."

"Checked unit over, found that the unit had a plugged up drain pump and a massive amount of suds. Cleared out plugged up drain pump and suds. Model and serial tag is completely worn down and cannot be read. Put unit into a quick wash and unit filled and drained with no issues. Checked OK"

"Checked unit over customer had the unit turned off when I arrived. Cycled the freezer back on tested heating element and timer and they both tested good found that the connection on the thermostat was broken. Repaired connection on thermostat. Instructed customer to observe unit for the next week or two to see how it does, if unit has more issues and will need a new thermostat. Checks OK"
